Dr. Allan Peljovich Moderates at International Meeting Tetrahand World Congress

Dr. Allan Peljovich was one of the moderators at the Tetrahand World Congress meeting in Nottwil, Switzerland. The international meeting on hand and upper extremity reconstruction in hand surgery took place August 29 – 31, 2018.

“This meeting is held every three to four years and is intended for the centers devoted to hand and upper extremity rehabilitation and reconstruction for those with spinal cord injury,” says Dr. Peljovich. “It is always well attended, as was this meeting, with surgeons and therapists from Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, several South American nations, and nearly all the European nations. About four of the centers in the U.S. were represented, including ours. I moderated a research session concerning problems and solutions for the shoulder and upper extremity.”

Atlanta will be serving as the host city during the next meeting, which will take place in 2021 or 2022.
