My Comeback Story: Leland N.
Doctor Peljovich diagnosed and fixed a problem that 2 other doctors, 3 procedures, and 1 operation failed to fix. I had a TFCC Tear and enough pain that I couldn't open a normal doorknob, play tennis, open a jar, use a hammer, etc. Another doctor had suggested a very complex operation involving multiple carpal bones, etc. with 50/50 outcomes after the first operation (wrist denervation) had failed to help very much. Dr. Peljovich researched or brainstormed my situation and came up with the above referenced operation. He predicted a 90% chance of success and it was, indeed, successful. I am at about 90% now -- playing tennis, opening doors, using tools, etc. I still have a little "hitch" and tiny pain when hitting in tennis or trying to throw a ball (pronate), but this is 90% functionality that had deteriorated to about 20%. Excellent results and very thankful for Dr. Peljovich. By the way, the operation at Northside was excellent and no one could ask for better care.
