My Comeback Story: Laquita B.

I am the mother of a now 9 year old little boy. My son broke his left pinky finger in December of 2024 at age 8 and I found him a doctor at hand and upper extremity. I'm sooooo glad I did. The facility was always clean and the staff was always nice to us. My son never broke a bone prior to this so this type of atmosphere was something new to us both. There were times when he wanted to give up because he was in pain and was scared to reinjure himself, but Dr.Klugman insured him every visit that he could do it and he DID IT. His therapy visits were awesome as well at children's healthcare up the street from this office. They did a great job with my son and he is all new again. We spent a total of 2 months with this team from the initial visit which was 2 days after the injury up until the surgery and post surgery care which included about 5-6 weeks of therapy. THANKS TO ALL OF THE STAFF MEMBERS (doctors, surgeons, nurses, therapist, shuttle bus driver, front desk attendants, X-ray team, cast removals and cast placers...sorry I don't know the medical names for the positions but I thank you all).
