My Comeback Story: Dillon M.

March 2, 2026 past going to the motorcross competition in Florida. While traveling home to Tennessee, I was traveling on my personally built Harley Low Rider when my accident occurred! I spent 9 weeks in Shand’s at Florida and then transferred to shepherds in GA! I have had 12 surgeries to date and was seen by Dr Peljovich for a right hand and arm issue past a humerus surgery which altered the use of the right arm and hand! Testing provided a result noting radial nerve palsy! Time is the factor here and time will heal the injury! Looking forward to being able to use my dominant arm to wheel myself in a wheelchair, which I am praying will only be temporary while waiting on my miracle to walk again and get back to my life! Staff here were amazing and very straightforward with next steps! Very pleased with all the efforts put into my recovery as I move forward to the goal of right arm and hand use, walking again, and enjoying my life again past a catastrophic event! Thank u so much for taking care of me while I was present in ur facility!!
