My Comeback Story: Alice H.

I broke my wrist a few years ago and the experience that I had at this facility was amazing. When I had another hard fall recently, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Dr. Klugman was the doctor that I had seen before, and I wanted to see him again because I fully trusted him from the past experience. Again, he did not disappoint! This time, I needed surgery due to managing to break two bones with one being a more severe injury. Dr. Klugman was very patient and took time to explain in detail what the procedure would be like from start to finish. He was very patient with me and all of my concerns. I never felt “rushed through” an appointment. I’ve never gotten better treatment at any medical facility (and at my age, I’ve been to a few) than the care I got from here. And the entire staff was on board with stellar treatment throughout the entire ordeal. I have referred friends to this practice and will continue to do so. And (God forbid) if I ever break another bone, I wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else. These people are the best!!
