Whether you are visiting us for the first time or returning for a follow up appointment, we want you to have a pleasant and satisfying experience at The Hand and Upper Extremity Center of Georgia. Please review the following information to help make your visit as quick and as efficient as possible. Forms are available for you to read and complete ahead of your visit.

Please do not hesitate to contact our office at (404) 255-0226 for any questions or concerns you may have. We are available 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Under the direction of Debra Simmons, our Practice Administrator, our offices strive to provide you with a timely and efficient experience.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room.

For urgent issues outside of normal business hours, one of our physicians is always available by calling (404) 255-0226.

According to Georgia State law, we are no longer able to call prescriptions for narcotic pain medication in to a pharmacy. These medications require a written prescription and can only be provided in person during normal business hours.

For EACH VISIT to our office, please be prepared with the following:

  • Your (or your child’s) insurance card.
  • Your driver’s license and updated address and contact information.
  • Your insurance co-pay and/or deductible will be collected at the end of each visit.
